Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are generally 7-15 business days from dispatch. These are estimates only; delays from customs or couriers are outside our control.

We currently ship to: New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, and the UAE.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $60 NZD. Orders under $60 NZD incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or if your package hasn't moved in over 10 business days, contact us at info@streamlineflosser.com and we'll help track it down.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
