Warranty
Every Streamline water flosser is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
What's covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, including issues such as motor failure, battery failure to hold a reasonable charge, and defective seals or housings.
What's not covered
This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear of jet tips/nozzles; damage from misuse, drops, or unauthorized modification; damage from use with cleaning solutions other than water or manufacturer-approved solutions; or cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function.
How to make a claim
Email chavanaryan26@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video if possible. If your device is confirmed to have a covered defect, we will repair or replace it, or issue a refund, at our discretion, at no cost to you.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
