We want you to love your Streamline water flosser. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return your Streamline device within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. To be eligible for a return:

- The device must be in like-new condition, with no damage from misuse or accidents.
- You must include the original packaging where possible.
- You must contact us at info@streamlineflosser.com before sending anything back, so we can issue a return authorization and address.

Hygiene Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used jet tips/nozzles cannot be returned or refunded once removed from their sealed packaging, unless they are faulty. The main device unit remains covered by the 30-day guarantee described above.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@streamlineflosser.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping cost, at no charge to you.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@streamlineflosser.com. We can only guarantee changes to orders that have not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or equivalent consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
